Growthpoint to develop an industrial site in Cape Town

Growthpoint Properties is one of the largest South African REIT and a JSE ALSI Top 40 Index company. Already owing 393 properties in South Africa, 44 properties in Australia through its investment in GOZ and a 50% interest in the properties at V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, the group one more time going to boom across South Africa as it has acquired one of the largest and the last remaining unused properties for industrial development in Bellville , Cape Town.


Extended nearly around nearly 8 hectares, the site is mostly located next to the popular Sacks Circle industrial site which was acquired by AECI Sans Fibres. The deal was further helped by Cape Industrial Properties.


The site will have its own identity on Mill Street, near the corner of Robert Sobukwe Road and Peter Barlow Street. It will easily connect both the highways N1 and N2. Further providing the benefits of shared security check point, with the a Mega Park besides. For the people looking for transportation service, will be benefited greatly as the Bellville Stikland train station is at the walking distance.

The site development has a General Industrial 1 zoning already occupied. Optionally it will also have two access points for secured entrances which will offer large vehicle parking space and yard space.
